Recent experiences in transshipment projects outside the Netherlands are the transshipment loading of coal from barges in Colombia and the offshore loading of capesize vessels for the coast of the Dominican Republic. All these activities where offshore up to 4 NM from the coast.

Our cranes – with up to 30 metric tons cargo capacity – are ready to be deployed globally to load and unload vessels with a wide variety of bulk commodities such as bauxite, coal, scrap iron, fertiliser and much more.

Our fleet is also capable of transporting heavy equipment, transshipment break bulk and offer logistic assistance in hard to reach coastal regions.

Cargo Handling

Intertransshipment BV is specialised in offshore loading and transport of dry bulk cargo, such as bauxite, scrap iron, fertiliser, gravel and other commodities.

Marine Survey

Ensure compliance with international environmental regulations, safety standards and industry specifications. Intertransshipment BV conducts inspections, surveys or examinations of marine vessels to assess, monitor and report on their condition and the products on them. Our marine surveyors are reputed for their experience and competence.

Heavy Equipment

We use floating lemniscate cranes with classed pontoons for working up to 4 NM from the coast. Pontoons can be fully equipped with both day and full accommodation.

Rental / Charters

By investing in heavy marine equipment such as cranes, pontoons, barges and other heavy equipment and essential personnel, Intertransshipment BV can offer short term lease, charters or rentals for temporary offshore logistics. Our fleet and equipment are well maintained the year around and available for worldwide deployment on short notice.
